Spring Brook Village, wow! A master planed community in Spring Branch at the former Pine Crest Golf Club. This is a Meritage Homes community which will eventually have 900 proud homeowners. Guess who just planted the over 200 live oaks (100 gallons each!) you see here? Wonder who is doing all of the site improvements and hardscaping for the entire site and rec center?
