PARKWAY TRAILS is one of K Hovinian's fastest growing communities, if you don't see this side of town often, you are missing out. Pasadena, TX is a thriving community with much to offer! Everything you see here was installed by EARTH FIRST. The entry monuments are solid walls of Cor-ten steel which had to be craned into place. The park is the heart of the community with plenty of eco-friendly features such as led lights, drought resident plants and subsurface drip irrigation. The lake feature has several reforestation areas which will be dense habitats for wildlife in the future. Thank you to all who have entrusted EARTH FIRST for something so unique and detailed oriented!
